“Renting a Heavy Duty sleeper Truck is never just easy. There's a lot of hoops. However, Jack did his job, and got what I needed when I needed it. And he knew what he was doing. I appreciate his hard work, & recommend him.”
“My experience has felt like The Concierge of Equipment is taking care of me. Linda Powell is responsive and always goes beyond to make sure I've got my lift when I need it. The drivers are courteous, timely, and leave the equipment in exactly the location requested.”

“The van was pristine and the process was quick and easy. But what really made this exceptional was the woman who handled both the pick up and return. I didn't note her name but she was knowledgeable, efficient and personable.”
“Moved from upstate NY to Austin with 3 U-boxes. Drop off was great and the boxes were dropped with a forklift right where we wanted them. Pickup was just and great and on time.
Delivery was faster than quoted and access at the facility in Austin was really easy.
Extremely happy with the whole experience. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond and way a joy to interact with. Would rate 10/10 and recommend 100%.”
“They were extremely nice. I had entered the wrong pick up date online but instead of being annoyed, he just said that he had a truck available and it was no problem to switch the day. I rented one from them prior to this and he was just as friendly that day too.”
“We rented a truck to use as storage alongside our school for a yard sale the next day, and it worked out perfectly. The truck was clean and in excellent condition. Jade checked us in and out and made the whole process seamless. Thanks, Jade and U-Haul!”
