I sent a package to another branch and they sent me to this office that is supposedly the supervisors of the area. Nobody answers a phone here and they don't care what happens to your packages. The worst customer service, it is shameful that a government service is in such poor conditions.

I guess we can only hope they privatize the USPS someday. Misdelivered mail, delivering mail on hold, don't answer the phone, and don't care!! Another poorly run government agency without any accountability!!
