Very clean facility. There were no rodents droppings which was really nice to see. There central air though the facility which I love. There was not unpleasant odor. I definitely recommend this location at Valley Road in Albany.

The associated was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He actually went out of his way to make sure that I was please and that all my needs were met. I will definitely continue to patronize this location because of the amazing customer service that I for the first experienced.

My family lost our home to a fire and Dan and Chase were exceptional people, going above and beyond to help us. Very nice facility and pain free experience. People like this deserve support at their business and you will not be disappointed with the interaction and accommodations!
