“I bought this necklace from them I have sensitive skin and told them I will sue if my skin develop any infection. To test it out I wear it everyday I bath with it every night and never take it off. Had it for 5 months now and just bought earring 2 months no color change. I’m coming soon for gold grill but so fair I been treated good. Let me also be clear there are plated gold on right going toward Macy it’s cheaper.MAKE SURE TO TELL THEM YOU WANT REAL GOLD NOT PLATED hope this helps”

“Nothing exceptional, in terms of the variety of Swarovski products available at the store. Staff are helpful, but are different on every visit (or so it seems) - so that can be a challenge if you're going to ask questions (if staff are always new, how much do they really know about the products, right?) Stop by if you're in the mall - those Swarovski figurines are always fun to look at...I have my eye on that Batman, but may need to trade in my car to afford it! ? Ah well, who needs a car, anyway...Upgraded my review to 4 stars for the quick response from the owner (within 24 hours) to my review. Not all owners are monitoring reviews, and even fewer respond to them. I see that this owner responds to both positive and negative reviews in a professional manner - kudos!”
