Beware of this location. Just purchased the attached pair of pants for over $100 and after one use the bottoms opened and need to be taken to a seamstress. I brought back the pants with the receipt and they wouldn’t exchange out the same pair of pants. Avoid this Zara. Horrible customer service.

I brought winter jacket before even a year it torn worst experience, if we go to shop they behave as if we came to steal their clothes…. I did visited there after my night shift just got up from sleep got ready and went to get clothes for my kids since I didn’t had much time…. Here your appearance matters…, non humans work here…..robots might behave better and about clothes more worse color fades damaged within 6 months .0 rating.

I kindly asked the fitting room employee if my daughter could try on a pair of jeans. She said she wasn’t suppose to let me in because they close the fitting rooms at 7pm. I said I wasn’t aware they did that. She let me try them on but said next time she would not let us in past 7. Cool no problem let her know we lived an hour away and she replied with everyone says they live an hour away… get it maybe because they do? Few seconds later she started throwing things around. It was quite uncomfortable. Let’s be for real. I get working in the retail business. I work in it… but you have to understand when you’re not gonna get everything done and after that, it’s not in your hands, do the best that you can with what you are given if a customer is coming to you, respectfully meet them where they meet you.

I had a very poor experience here today 5/31. The employee in the women’s fitting room was incredibly rude. I have never seen anything like this in the customer service setting. She was shorter with long dark curly hair and colorful stickers on her face. I overheard her directing customers to open rooms very rudely. She had this disgusted look on her face the entire time I was in the store. Someone ended up spilling a drink right at the entrance of the fitting room, and that employee shut the whole area down and began cleaning the mess. She noticed me and another girl waiting for the fitting rooms to open, to which she said “it’s gonna be like at least 20 minutes” which I knew was purposefully said so we walked away. It doesn’t take over 20 minutes to clean a minor SPILL. She looked SO angry we were there. I observed her for a moment longer, seeing that she was taking her sweet time so the fitting rooms stayed closed. Not to mention I also got a few more dirty looks during this. The girl I was with asked if she could place things on hold, and the employee barked a no at her. I was very upset. There was only one employee working the register, so when I ended up going to pay it took a very long time. Judging by the other reviews on here, this is a common theme.

Not buying clothes here again due to redness of employees and only having unattended 3/18 dressing rooms open and a line of 20 people waiting out the door. Horrible staff at Crossgates mall not friendly at all!

Your employees are going to keep scaring people off, which is their goal. Last night around 6 30ish, my friend/coworker were waiting in an unattended line for the fitting room. Then two employees come and start talking poorly about customers, the one with the long braids, light complexion, was throwing clothes on the floor aggressively in front of 5 or 6 customers and loudly both were huffing and puffing saying people are saying people are disgusting and trash. The other one she was with made an announcement for everyone to hang their clothes up when done (that parts fine, just was very rude). Then they were saying they're shutting the store down at 7 because they don't want to deal with it anymore. There's so many people in the store by the time we left still and I'm sure they yelled at them all to get out. My friend and I finally got a room (she got one first, i got one a few min later, only 4 or so were open, rest blocked off). My friend entered with 3 items of clothing maybe and left with the same amount, and when she left the 2 girls went in after her to check, and accused her of leaving a pile of clothes that was from previous people (there was a group of Spanish ladies right before that all in the one single room). They asked her repeatedly if she left those clothes in there and harrassed her. If the fitting rooms were attended to in the first place and kept more organized, you wouldn't have this issue. The one of the two, shorter, darker complexion young lady, went to the register with the young man that was cashing people out. I actually was waiting in line to buy one item, several other people in line. I changed my mind after watching her sit at the register on her phone texting and scrolling instead of opening another register. The one with the braids was looking for what seemed yo be a physical altercation with someone by her body language and verbal language. My friend and I decided to leave and go elsewhere only because of the employee behavior. I understand being stressed at work, but there are much better ways to handle it than literally scaring your customers away. Your business is going to crumble from your employees.

Had returned items here, shorting 1 item of returned, come back an hour later after notice from the email, now they refused to help and want call customer service. The guy seems like works there doesn't have patience, and attitude. Will never ship Zara ever.

My daughter and I recently shopped at Zara in Albany, N.Y. The store was clean and beautifully merchandised. The store manager, Nevaeh, was very helpful and enhanced our shopping experience. We’ll definitely be back.

Super disappointed to see stains and rips on a lot of the clothes on the floor. When we asked an employee about it, we were treated with zero understanding and were told there was no way we could receive a discount or have anything replaced. The employees were quite rude and had no kindness to share. Would recommend shopping online or at another location.

Chaotic store. Foul smell on both levels. Most of the fitting rooms were closed due to an overflow of clothes. Very slow check out line. Associates seemed lost and a huge line built up as a result. Was going to purchase items and ended up leaving the store due to a 30+ minute wait because only 1 register was open. Would not return ever.
