Of any auto parts store I've been too, including other Napa's they have by far the best customer service. The owner spent close to an hour tracking down and figuring out a bulb socket for a 1988 Ford Ranger (nobody makes the part anymore). All for a 7 dollar sale. Definitely knowledgeable.
