“On 5/8/26 I was advised by Callagan towing once they jumped my vehicle to go to auto zone to further test the battery. Before it was jumped I had called Walmart to see if they had the battery and asked if they coud also install it for me and was told they had appointments booked into Sunday and doubtful if they could squeeze me in. ( Since when did Walmart start scheduling by appointment instead of walk ins for oil changes and tire stuff?) The young lady who tested was very sweet and accomodating, said if it needed a battery, they could install it for me, but saw no problem with the battery, calmed my rattled nerves. I was apprehensive to turn the engine off for the testing and she said no worries if that happened they would jump it. I will be going out soon to see if it starts again. Still a little mystery why it did not. I am VERY appreciative. A few months ago my fob battery died. I had no idea how to open the fob, be sure I got the right battery. Went to a closer auto parts place and they said they would not open or install a battery but they did do it for me at Auto Zone. Again I was relieved and grateful and definately recommend them for any elderly female with no mechanical acumen. They are always patient and nice.”
“Took it in on the day scheduled ( yes this is a biggy) had it ready a day early!! Whoopee! I missed my car.The office staff and gentlemen who gave me my estimate, were polite and efficient. It was a great price.I highly recommend this collision shop.”
“This place what absolutely amazing!the customer service was so amazing. You walk in, they say hello, then allow you to look and find things by yourself and they do not follow you around the store like other auto parts/hardware places! It is so nice and if you do have a question, they are so knowledgeable and helpful amd will even help you change out or replace the parts on your vehicle. Again the service is just so amazing! Go visit!!!!”
“Great place to take your vehicle. They help you instead of upselling you. I think his name is Joe, the individual who helped me. That man deserves a raise. Top notch.”
“Of any auto parts store I've been too, including other Napa's they have by far the best customer service. The owner spent close to an hour tracking down and figuring out a bulb socket for a 1988 Ford Ranger (nobody makes the part anymore). All for a 7 dollar sale. Definitely knowledgeable.”
