“I've only banked at this bank a few years since moving to East Aurora, but during the pandemic, the Canadian bank that I've banked at for 40 years was charging me to transfer money to my US account at the bank of Holland, but during the pandemic, the bank of Holland waived, every time. I like the personal service.”

“I just visited the Clarence branch to open a small business account. I wasn't sure how long it would take. Normally I would not have brought my 2 year old with me, but I had to today. Andrea was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient! Again, I apologize my 2 year old was trying to rearrange your office!”

“This is one of the best Citizen's Banks that I know. Even with what the other banks calla limited staff, they kept everything moving really well. It is clean and speedy whether you choose to come inside or drive through. There is easy street parking, also a parking lot dedicated just to the bank and also a drive through. The gentleman who took care of me was super friendly and easily multi tasked the drive through and walk in all while making each customer feel special.”
