Would give ZERO stars if I could!!! BEWARE! Archaic ways of working; have to send letters in the mail to change your address / update information and even when you do, they STILL don’t update your profile and send your important documents to the wrong places!

Terrible bank. They are miserable to work with. It’s one thing to be incompetent, it adds a whole additional layer when they are rude and unwilling to accept responsibility.
