“I am new to Woodforest but in the past year my experience has been wonderful. Any time I’ve had an issue or question they are quick to help. They really know their stuff when it comes to ways to save. My saving account is increasing on its own without me having to do anything but keep putting small amounts in there.”

“Darla was a lifesaver for me dealing with an extreme overcharge from a car rental company. I can imagine I was pretty panicked and stressed on the phone when I called to see if there was anything I could do to stop these charges. She listened to and addressed all of my concerns and was so helpful and understanding throughout the week of dealing with this. We are so lucky to have a local credit union that cares and values their members like Highpoint does! So grateful”

“Every time I walk in, they be welcoming me with a big smile and hello they are really nice and really friendly. The lady who helped me to open a checking account she is so sweet answered all my questions she was so patient add on that I one time came with my wife and I had to leave for an issue so my wife stood in the bank until the next available appointment and because she was waiting for a little while. The staff over there gave her some coffee and chocolate and that just made me go crazy and love this staff more and more !!! five star and if I can get more, I will!!!”

“We've used Hamlin for our business banking for a while. Never had any issues. The staff is always nice and, in my case, most remember who I am when I walk in the door. Can't say enough good things about them.”
