“I appreciate their honesty. It's just so hard to find an auto shop like this. They saved me from getting hosed by a different service shop. And they do solid work!”

“Eddie is a very funny guy, I just bought a Jeep Liberty 2004 from him and I like it a lot. He’s a very good businessman and easy to talk to, definitely get him a raise (he owns the place). Anyways I highly recommend coming here. Ps I told him to make one of theses for reviews.”

“This was the only shop in the area willing to take on my old interceptor Crown Vic. Every other shop turned me down. They diagnosed my issue, they were more than affordable and I was able to order my part the following week and do the repair myself. All I needed was a diagnosis and I had my car back from them the same day. Super thankful for them and I will definitely be back when I need help in the future!”

“I was reluctant to go there yesterday for an inspection because of my last inspection experience but yesterday reminded me of K&K of old. My friend went with me again and before we even opened the door we could see a difference. My friend thought it was new owners and even asked but it is still K&K. The only differences I know of are that a person has retired, a person has been hired, and the person taking care of you is different and refreshing. As for the reception area, it is on par with dealerships and large automotive establishments. My husband has been a mechanic for 34 years so as long as his health and the health of his family and friends hold out he will do his own work but as for inspections they have our repeat business and hopefully after reading this review yours also.”

“Above and Beyond- John made my Jeep look better than when I first bought it! Exceptional workmanship and service. John went beyond the basics of bodywork and repair to create an awesome experience. This is the pride of workmanship that too many places are losing... well, John and his folks have it!”

“I’ve known about RJ Cars for several years and have always been impressed with the quality of the restoration work they perform. I’m deep into the restoration of my 68 Dart and needed some pointers for dealing with sheet metal and bodywork issues. Russ graciously allowed me to stop in and tour the shop, and had Jacob walk me through the work they’re currently doing on the ‘70 Dart. Jacob pointed out in detail things that I should be aware of and help me with questions about various materials they use. Russ and Jacob took the time to answer all my questions and were a huge help to me. I enjoyed looking at the other projects in the shop and am amazed by quality of their work. Thank you again Russ for taking the time out of your busy day to give me a hand!”

“My son goes to school in Alfred. His Jeep wouldn’t start and after many failed attempts to jump the battery, he called Stewart’s for tow and potential repair. A gentleman showed up (maybe John) and got the vehicle started with a jump pack. He had my son follow him back to the shop where he ran a few other tests and determined that he needed a new battery. The battery was replaced at a very reasonable rate and there was no charge for the trip out to the school. My son said that everyone was very nice and helpful. It’s great to know that are still honest people still out there that won’t overcharge a niave college kid!”

“After changing out a flat tire on the side of the road, I gave Lamac’s a call to see if they could get me in for a tire patch because I was far from home. They made room, got me in, and had me out pretty quickly, even though they were backed up. So grateful for these guys! True heroes of the day!”

“Maple City Dodge to the rescue ! I live over 100 miles away and my engine blew out at Swain Ski Resort. I met the owners of MCD at the resort and they said they would help me out. My vehicle was towed to their business. Even though it was a Chevy, they got the engine replaced and the Bill was below the original estimate, and completed ahead of schedule (which saved me a tremendous amount of time and money). The car performance is excellent as I tested it on the Hills of 36N. I can't thank them enough for their kindness and expertise ! The only other option I had was to scrap the vehicle. Now I will get a few more years of use thanks to them !”

“Life saver. We had a nail in our tire traveling. We got to Salamanca and the tire got a nail and went out and then the front went out. With a can of fix a flat and a donut we got back to our house in Hornell and took it in the next day. They popped 4 new tires on it without an appointment with a rarer size and for a good price! Competitors wouldn’t have had them in stock for a few days. Why 4? The other 2 were balding and best to just get her all done. To note the wait for a few days here would not usually an issue as far as competitors but it was this time because my kiddos go to school in KY. So we had to get them back without missing much more class! And safer now. Thanks!”
