“We’ve been using Store Away in Guilderland for many years and have always had a positive experience. We previously rented a climate-controlled storage unit with excellent results, and for the past several years we’ve stored our RV seasonally in one of their outdoor storage parking lanes.

The location is very convenient, the facility feels secure, and we’ve always found the staff to be friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Their customer service is one of the main reasons we’ve remained customers for so long.

The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the condition of the asphalt, particularly in and around the outdoor RV parking lanes. The pavement has become badly crumbled, very soft in places, and quite rough to drive on. It’s in serious need of repair or resurfacing.

Overall, Store Away has been a dependable place to store both our household belongings and our RV. We’d gladly recommend them and will continue using their facility. Hopefully, the pavement issues will be addressed, as that’s the only thing keeping this from being a five-star experience.”
