“Great service! I was stuck on the road with a fleet vehicle and trying to get a tow through my contacts. The driver went by and knew I needed assistance. He turned around towed car to repair shop without me having to wait another hour or so from my roadside assistance. They also have worked with ARI and were willing to tow without an approval in that moment. After follow up with my company, AC’s received payment and I was safe without waiting for another tow to arrive.
Huge Thank you to the driver and AC’s!”

“I strongly recommend Capital Hauling LLC to anyone who is in need of immediate assistance with their ?. We locked our keys in the car, and after trying every old remedy & coming up short, we called tons of locksmiths: they either didn’t have any available technicians, they didn’t feel like doing it, or their Prices were extremely high or unreasonable! Finally the last one on my list was “Capital Hauling LLC.”…They were very professional, punctual, and passionate about what they do! Their prices are unbelievably low compared to all the other companies that I’ve reached out to. The lowest quote I received was for $125- Capital Hauling LLC charged us only $75 for the lockout and they arrived within 30-45 minutes of my call, & it only took them Less than 10 minutes to get the job done!! They did an EXCELLENT JOB!!Service: Car lockouts”

“Excellent service! We needed a flat bed tow from Saratoga springs to Clifton Park, during a cold snap. Northeast was Knowledgeable, fair, and fast. And very polite! Thank you!”
“That are very honest and do a Great job as well . If I don’t need breaks they tell me , if something is still under warranty they let me know . Very friendly customer service ??”
“I worked with Steve and he was fantastic. Kind, professional and respectful. The prices were fair and as a woman, I just appreciated being treated like a normal person because in the past, I've dealt with a lot of misogyny from car-related businesses. He also returned my calls very quickly, like within less than a half hour. And this was during the first snow storm of the year. Highly recommend if you're in a bind and need a tow”
“A group of stand up guys! They got a call to remove two company vehicles but instead of towing them, they called the number on the side of our trucks and informed us they received a call - speaks volumes about their character. Thank you Holmes and Kugler. I wouldn't hesitate to use them when needed.”

“I got locked out of my car. They DO NOT do car unlocking. This review is for their customer service. The man on the phone was apologetic about my situation and tried to think of other people in the area who might be able to help. I ended up calling Amsterdam Towing, but just based off of my phone conversation I highly recommend this business”
