“Our car was stuck on the highway on a weekend morning near Albany NY. We called a major roadside service, and through shear incompetence, waited hours for a tow truck that never came. We called Joe, and he was there in 20 minutes. He had us fixed up in short order. We are thankful for his fast and friendly service.I don’t think he takes credit cards. Venmo or cash, if I recall correctly.(Note: The image on Google Maps is a house. I was initially concerned that this was not a real towing service. “I brought my vehicle in for an issue with the tires (purchased elsewhere) and their treadwear not lasting per the tire warranty. Vinny was a great help, outstanding customer service and very respectful and professional. He looked at the vehicle and performed all necessary requests for the warranty company. Him and his staff were great to work with. I further asked about an inspection, and he/his staff performed a same day inspection right away. They were awesome to work with. I highly recommend this shop for your mechanical, tire and inspection needs.”

“Perlman’s was dispatched for me by a third-party roadside assistance company. My car being broken down was the straw that broke the camel’s back in an already very bad week. The driver was so kind and sympathetic as I intermittently sobbed throughout the towing process, all while dealing with a jump start turned tow in 20° weather with an electronic e-brake that didn’t want to shut off and a car that was parked at the wrong angle in a narrow parking lot. Very grateful for the kindness I was shown.”
“Great place great people, Paul is a very knowledgeable guy and he’s got rlly good guys they actually had to modify the brackets slightly to make it so I could still open my cargo boxes but did it perfectly. I would recommend this place all day. Now the snow won’t pile in the back thank baby Jesus.”

“There's a lot of people that I owe gratitude back in the old days a lot of them taught me about Osborne Street they're good people they're not Short change the different straight answers many of the people the older folks that are no longer with me talk to me about Osborne there's people I've known on 2nd Ave all my life that are gone and there's a person I play football on 2nd Ave and Osborne when they give it to you straight versus the corporate always give them something $5 couple dollars cuz I've been going to them all my life with people they always told me take it to Osborne dealerships I know you're trying to eat but Osborne will give it to me straight since day one back in a junkyard dog Days jyd of wrestling and for the people we've lost and ladies God bless Osborne it's like the only memory of second Ave I have left”

“I don't normally write reviews, but I had to give these guys their props. I haven't been to this shop in over a year. My buddy turned me on to this other automotive repair shop and I tried them out. Their work was impeccable but they are far from where I live and you can never get an appointment for less than a 2-3 week wait. I was having trouble with my front suspension and it couldn't wait 2-3 weeks to get fixed. I thought I'd give these guys another chance so I gave them a call to see if they could help me out. I explained my situation to Bob and he said I could drop the truck off and they'd have a look at it. I get a call a few hours later and Bob tells me what the problem is and that they have the parts to fix my truck and they could fix it today. They've won me back. Thanks for you're help Joe and Bob!”
