Just Cats understood this was an emergency that could not wait until the end of next month. They saw her the same day and were extra gentle as she was stressed. They fit me in, eased my baby’s suffering and were caring through the whole process. The woman I spoke to initially on Monday morning, around 8:40, was so sweet ? her voice made me feel so much better after a night of seeing my man suffer. You could hear the compassion and care. Answered all my questions regarding the price of everything. It made me feel at ease. I’ve worked in vet med and I know how euthanasia can just become procedure, but Dr Hartman was very gentle with my cat and I appreciated his straightforward but compassionate approach. Hoping when I pick up my boys ashes I can schedule an appointment for my other senior cat for a blood panel. Would love to make this place my new vet.”
