“My elderly cat was at his end stage in life and I called this place because it was suggested by a friend. I was not a client. They fit me in, eased my baby’s suffering and were caring through the whole process. The woman I spoke to initially on Monday morning, around 8:40, was so sweet ? her voice made me feel so much better after a night of seeing my man suffer. You could hear the compassion and care. Answered all my questions regarding the price of everything. It made me feel at ease. I’ve worked in vet med and I know how euthanasia can just become procedure, but Dr Hartman was very gentle with my cat and I appreciated his straightforward but compassionate approach. Hoping when I pick up my boys ashes I can schedule an appointment for my other senior cat for a blood panel. Would love to make this place my new vet.”

“The previous place that spayed my cat didn't even bother to put a cone on her, despite using glue for the incisions. They were so careless, risking my cat's health! Thank goodness the same day I went to Banfield—they quickly fixed her up with a proper cone. And to top it off, the person who helped me at Banfield was the only good thing about the whole ordeal. Very cute too, respectfully. I wish I knew their name to give them credit they had cute longer hair in a cherry clip! ♡”
