Brook was excellent in consulting and recommending a phone plan for my elderly mom. Her expertise and professionalism were much appreciated. We were very lucky we didn't end up with the other girl in the store who sat slumped in her seat, didn't look up when we came in and played with her phone the entire time we were there.
