I had a 10:30 appointment this morning, and arrived at the store at 10:25. There were quite a few people waiting in the store, but the store website where I made the appointment said that if one had an appointment, they would be helped by the first available agent. Knowing that , I stood in the line for a minute, until one of the agents looked up and told me I would have quite a wait. I told her that I had a 10:30 appointment, and she said that I would have to wait until they had taken care of all the people who had arrived before 10:30!! Others in the store looked as surprised as I did!! What's the point in having an appointment if it isn't honored? I was more than willing to wait for the next available agent, but not for all the people without appointments who were waiting in the store! I left the store. When I arrived home, I phoned the store, and told the woman who answered that she should advise all the other agents of the appointment policy stated on their website. Her response was , "OK". Wow! This is a totally unacceptable way to do business! There are other att stores in the area, and I suggest that you patronize them, instead of this store!

received two phones under one order from AT&T and billed to different person under family plan. Very confused!! The store staff have been helpful especially Gerald and the mgr Jeremy! Overall bad experience with AT&T order process but good store experience even though we had to spend almost two hours there.

Went to store a few weeks ago to upgrade my 13 pro to a 16 pro- was a $1000 trade in - had one bill left so salesperson told me to come back when that last bill was paid so I did not have to owe that amount towards 16pro- so returned and was informed the $1000 credit was now $700! So I got screwed- and AT&T lost my business - unless you extend my deal-

Disgusted with the way the store operates. I traded a phone in and changed my mind on the device I picked. I was aware and prepared to pay the restocking fee for the return, and before I did anything, I called the store and was told over the phone by a store worker that the iPhone 16s were 'for new customers only'. Absolute nonsense (sales gimmick in my opinion). Went to a different corporate location and got exactly what i wanted, an iPhone 16 Pro. Never going to this location again.

Went for two upgrades, employee Brooke was very knowledgeable and patient. We had a lot of questions and all were answered well and efficiently. Incredible service, will be coming back to this store.

Matt was fantastic! I went in for some technology help regarding my Insurance policy and instead I walked out with three new upgraded phones. The deals were too good to pass up. He was super helpful, knowledgeable, thorough, and patient with my color choosing lol Thank you, Matt!

Awesome staff. The manager Victoria very customer service oriented thx Victoria. My sales young lady Brooke C just an awesome experience very knowledgeable professional took her time showing me and setting up my new I Phone 15 Pro I highly recommend this location and the staff. I went to the store today with questions about our trade-in fiasco. I tried to pay off the trade in balance completely, and move to another company. However, this will make me lose the "offer" of 350$, something I didn't know about until now. The associate who "helped" me was very unfriendly. I felt I owed her a million dollars that I didn't know about.

Amazing experience with Brooke C. I was traveling on the road for the Christmas holiday and had an issue with transferring a phone line. I was unable to get the problem resolved over the phone so I decided to stop in to a store along my route. From the moment I walked into the store I was greeted promptly with a smile and Brooke patiently listened to my situation. We sat down and she proceeded to both make some phone calls and work online to resolve the problem for me. I cannot be happier with the fact she addressed the problem and resolved it! My experience today is that most people would rather pass the problem down the line and not take accountability. Brooke on that busy Christmas shopping Saturday was certainly the exception. Thank you Brooke

Just talked to Brooke Conway at this store, she's wonderful!! She fixed my phone in seconds. Purchased a pixel 8 last week at a store on main St williamsville NY. They told me there was nothing they could do for me. Just met Brooke who changed sim card to e sim. It WORKS!!!! Brooke is amazing.
