“HSBC Premier Checking supports zero fees versus many local banks charge $75 (or a transfer amount percentage) for each transaction. HSBC has a long history doing international business while my local bank experience is that they are scared and unsure how to guide customers in doing business outside of the USA. Charles at the Amherst office was patient with me over multiple calls, answered all my questions and helped me perform my first international wire transfer. Amazing employee - super helpful and reassuring.”

“I'm in this area right now ,while my son is in an interview, so to kill time, I thought I'd take care of some business. This M&T is in a parking lot with a Tops Wegmans Dollar Tree Kohls ZoomTan A nail spa place & I forget what else. It's a nice big , clean, very warm bank inside. There was only 1 "teller" there & she seemed to have to do everything. Take care of in bank customers,as well as the drive thru. She was really nice though & fast. I would definitely come back to this bank if I'm in the area.”
“I had an identity theft incident happened with my account and I went in to this location and I met Ellie Franceschi who was a representative and man she was an awesome person she jumped into my account details and made few phone calls and solve all my problems and even gave me some great advice on how to keep my account safe and well balance my money.
