“I love banking my business with Northwest and the Kenmore location is very convenient to my residential address. The whole staff is very friendly and accommodating except for one bank teller named AMARA! I usually don’t write bad reviews but everytime she takes care of me she has the worst attitude and overall it seems she hates her job I never experience this with any other team member. I pray I don’t have to have her again in the future because her customer service skills are very poor and it seems like me bringing my business is annoying to her day”

“I live about 20 minutes away from KeyBank but I don't mind the drive because of the employees that are there treat you with a smile and respect and there's a guard that is also very friendly and they have a easy ATM that allows you to take as low as $5.00 and as high as $800.00 and after their closed you can use your debit card to swipe it to enter the hallway and use the ATM and it locks after you enter so you don't have to worry about someone trying to rob you while you're back is turned and as soon as you're done all you need to do is push the door bar and enter your vehicle it's a very crowded place so it isn't a place where you will be robbed”
“All I can say is that, if you want someone to actually invest themselves in what has been an aweful situation with another institution taking money from my summit account, Chase Mortgage to be specific, Catherine Snyder is the answer. She works in customer satisfaction with Summit FCU in Rochester and is the answer to finding the perhaps 1% excellent customer service that we now have in this country. Her committment to assist in resolving another banks errors while we have to deal with Chases' inept customer service, is unparrelleled. She was born for this job with committment to finding a good resolution. Passion for her job, committment, empathy........unbelivable patience in listening, and making things happen. Kudos to her, give that woman a bonus or a day off. A promotion is warranted but then the community would lose her as a customer service contact so that wouldn't be good for us but so well deserved for her. She restored my almost nonexistent faith in american businesses/commerce customer service. Summit FCU did an excellent job in hiring her and obviously training her well in what Customer Service means. I cannot say enough. She's prob not going to love the plethora of people calling and asking her by name but I suspect that many people will benefit from this post. If you are trying to figure out where to bank, I highly recommend a local federal credit union, specifically Summit, to get the job done. When you call, you will not hear 100 other customer service voices in the background. The conversaion will be quiet and personal, professional and invested. If your looking for the lowest rate ever, I cannot say where Summit ranks but probably competitively; however, if you are searching for quality of life and decreased frustration when you do have an issue, Run, don't walk towards a SUMMIT FCU.”

“I have been a member of the Sweet home Federal credit Union. . I have found them to be very helpful. They go above and beyond to assist me if any problems occur, which I’ve never had any problems occur with them all transactions go very smoothly. They’re always very polite and courteous And they seem to just know their customers on a first name basis I enjoy doing banking there very much and I’ve come to realize that credit unions are in much better financial shape than the typical banks The credit union from what I’ve noticed is much more reliable than the banks better financial situation than the banks. I wish their ATM could receive deposits

“I now have to come to this location if I want a Drive Thru, because my neighborhood Key Bank closed down. This drive thru is smaller, only one lane. But they seem to work faster here than at my original bank. The worker both times I've come here now is very kind, polite & is helpful.”
“I have been a member here since 1975. At no time during this time was I ever disappointed with the service that I received. Over the years, I have taken out several loans including a mortgage. Since Credit Unions have lower rates repayment was easier than through other venues Parking is plentiful, off street, and secured by fencing. Access is granted through a camera and buzzer system so security is never a concern. Due to the nature and location of the business, English and Ukrainian are spoken by the employees. The office is simple with no embellishments. There is no waiting room but I have never experienced more than a 5 minute wait for service. This is no "backwater" business. Online options equal to the banks are available including bill payment. If possible for you to join, you will never regret doing it”

I have others which I won't name them, for other reasons, and had others, but this one I've had since I was 15 so 20+ years now I've stayed, they really go out there way to help, they care about you they truly are the best bank , I live further from here but won't stop me from staying , great staff , best credit union!! After moving out of state, trying to obtain my bank statements was unecessarily difficult. After hours on the phone, appts made that were disregarded and excuses around why I couldn't access my statements, Nawal was the only person that spoke to me like my request mattered. She went above and beyond after the Branch Manager dismissed me. I am so grateful for Nawal's professionalism, consideration and assistance. BUT what i really love about this location is the benches and picnic tables they have set up out front, which allows community members to just enjoy some fresh air. love to come here with a book and a snack and waste an afternoon. banking is decent, too.”
“Today I called Key Bank Customer Service. My call was answered by the Buffalo Call Center. Truthfully, I was at my wits end.....a problem with my son's debit card (he's 700 miles away at an Academy). I tried to get help at my local branch (in Michigan) to no avail. This poor girl in Buffalo got on the phone with my local branch, was on the phone for nearly 3 hours, and straightened the entire situation out for me. The best treatment/service I've ever received from a bank! Thank you, Denise B.!! You rock!!”
