Have been banking here for over 10 years and was disappointed with my visit.

I just left the branch after waiting 30 minutes for a customer service agent. The branch was not busy and I know that there were 1 - 2 workers that were not with customers. My takeaway is that this is not branch to go to if you are walking in for service.
