“I try not to go anywhere else for my building/home improvement supplies if I don't have to. The Manager Mike S. is the absolute best! He always goes above and beyond, answering an infinite amount of questions and advising me on every meticulous detail of all my home improvement needs! If I bring him a concept with no idea of where to even start, he not only compiles the list of supplies for me to complete it with, but also comes up with an efficient step by step process to bring my project ideas to life! (Or he refers me to a reliable source that can do it for me when he knows I'm in way over my head... ? in which case, he will then coordinate with BOTH myself and the contractor I hire thru the entire process, keeping me informed of everything along the way!) And on the rare occasion that any problems arise with any of the products that I purchase from Lenco, he's always got my back and does everything in his power to rectify the situation. I wish he could be my own personal project manager for all my home improvement needs, but sadly he's already taken!! ? Lenco is lucky to have him!”

“I've known these guys from decades earlier when I sided my Cape Cod sized house.The other day the gutter collapsed due to too much ice in the gutter and guess where I returned.They delivered 30 feet of rolled on site, seamless gutter minutes after I paid for it. I hadn't gotten the ladders in place when the guy arrived!THAT'S FAST SERVICE!(Your mileage my vary)About an hour later I was cleaning up the driveway and heading out for breakfast!”
“Very happy with my experience here. I had to do a rather large job on a commercial flat roof. Instead of hiring someone to do it, I tackled it myself and Airtite made sure I bought the right stuff. Super reasonable and everything was always in stock when I needed it. Very glad I bought my supplies from them instead of using Home Depot or Lowes. Highly recommend.”

I needed a specific vinyl trim piece for one of my Alside windows (bought by previous homeowner) and was dreading having to scout the part out. I called Alside and they knew the exact part I needed and even had it in stock that day. Super friendly interaction with them all too.”
“Placed an order in February for some bulbs that I ended up not picking up. Assumed it would be cancelled and forgot about it. Got an email today saying thanks for picking it up, which I never did especially if I'm sitting at home. Manager was nice and refunded me but employees should verify stuff is picked up especially if they no longer have the item where it should be and actually cancel an order correctly.”

I even returned later and asked for 1 piece of vinyl siding and they found me one!
