“I had a great experience working with Isaias Pagan. We navigated through issues like my first choice of wood being out of stock, scheduling delivery to my home, and replacing irregular product. I did a ton of research and I couldn't find better prices anywhere. The quality was higher than I expected as well. I recommend Advantage and Isais for your next decking project.”
“Very fast delivery. Both gates for pickup and delivery are from James P Coppola St (one way street, from Seneca). I-190 East bound- exit 3, then few traffic lights around this company (Elk, Bailey, Seneca, Coppola). I-190 West bound- exit 2, Clinton, Bailey, Seneca, Coppola.”
“Very good prices, friendly and knowledgeable and quality products. Their lumber is very high quality. Highly recommend them for building supplies.Stopped in again and as always friendly service and had exactly what I needed”
“Great service! I love being greeted by the new employees. Not only do they go above and beyond to help you but they’re also just straight up nice kids!”
“First time visiting Hector’s Hardware to buy paint supplies and I was immediately greeted and offered help, which I really appreciated. The gentleman who assisted me was kind, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He made the whole experience easy and pleasant. I’ll definitely be back - I just wish it were closer to my home because it would be my go-to hardware store!”
“Superb customer service at Weatherpanel. Anyone and everyone there are always willing and able to help. There is no judgement against anyone who walks through those doors. Kind, friendly, and highly capable. Great place!”
“Amazing community resource for historic and low cost building materials. There's now even an art supplies section for new and gently used supplies. Highly recommend!”

“I was looking for balitc birch plywood. I found they had several different thicknesses in stock. The prices were very reasonable. I did compare other lumber prices to the big box stores and found they were competitive but the quality was much better. I drove from Rochester to buy the plywood. I will be going back.”
