  Always helpful, friendly banking! I mean it! 20+ years of various account needs: Checking, savings, mortgage, market fund , safety deposit box, credit card. From the tellers to managers- educated, friendly, helpful.

  Stopped in to this bank branch to have a new debit card issued since one promised to be mailed hadn' t arrived. Teller "C" was friendly and helpful and had a new card created for me in about ten minutes. Discovered that the new card initially did not work but this was remedied by the end of the day.

  Good luck trying to get a representative on the phone that doesn't have a rude or sarcastic tone to their voice. It was almost like I was bothering them to do their own job. Quite unprofessional and childishly inappropriate.
