My friend and I were traveling (in a U-Haul) from New Hampshire to Wisconsin. This was our first night stop. I found this 'hotel' online and called to book because of the rate shown. When we got to the hotel and into our room, I finally received my confirmation email and was charged the rack rate. No one was able to help me via phone or front desk. In addition, the room we had was in deplorable shape. Dirty, heavily dusty, drawer fronts missing or off-kilter...it was a sad state of affairs.I had to wait to speak with the manager in the morning, which I did, and she discounted the room as much as she was able. Not the full amount that we were overcharged NOR able to financially address the disgusting state of our room.I don't know what they have going on at that hotel but no one, NO ONE, deserves a room like that. EVER. They should be ashamed of themselves. Unless, as seems the case, corporate greed wins again. Karma.

Shout out to Stephanie behind the counter! A very kind and considerate ES employee whose kindness was seriously a welcomed relief. Stephanie, you’re awesome!Beyond the windows not able to stay opened, every aspect of the room and our stay was very pleasant and relaxing. Finally, not having to pay for our service dog, washer & dryer on site, in room kitchenette, (5ft) refrigerator, stove, sink and microwave. The bed did not feel like you were sleeping on a wood pallet! Always a plus!Have a wonderful (Extended) stay! We did!>> On a side note. After reading other reviews. I have to speak up!You get a kitchenette while staying here. You want pots, pans, dishes and silverware included? Would you like a steak and potatoes with that? Come on! Be serious!I see complaints about people smoking outside or that a window screen is broken!! Come on!!It sounds as if just a few people are voicing a very misconstrued conception about staying here! No, it’s not perfect but you are safe and warm! (Close the window and turn on the a/c if there is a problem)Stop being so picky about every single thing You have to do as an Adult away from home- for a minuet. Although your “feeling” may have gotten hurt staying in a big boy/girl hotel, I promise when you get older you will understand that faults are usual not optional in a grown world!- Red

I agree with the other reviews about how amazing Stephanie and Lori were through this entire extended stay that I have had. I also agree that people if you don't like the smell of cigarette smoke and you're outside God just walk away. Not too many years ago if I not mistaken smoking was cool well there are non-smokers and smokers and I do believe it would be a nice thing if that was respected on all properties if we have to smoke outside there should be an area for us to do so.Safety: There is no outside cameras nor is there securities to keep an eye on the parking lot my car was used as a bench for somebody.

Stephanie. Lori. Chelsea and Brittany are wonderful and provide great service. And they should all get a raise. The only issue is the bed for the handicap rooms are a bit too high and are on Wheels and roll even in their law but it is a pretty quiet place with very friendly people. It's a bit far from the boulevard for elderly or disabled people to walk to but is a peaceful place. We we're here for a 40 days and the service and quality was fantastic was great from those four peopleRooms: The handicap rooms have beds that are pretty hig. They have Wheels and roll even when locked so be careful.Nearby activities: There are lots of things to do on the Boulevard and it is pretty close but a bit far for disabled people to walk toSafety: Pretty safe area and quietWalkability: A bit far from the boulevard for handicap or disabled people to walk to it.Food & drinks: They have muffin granola oatmeal and coffee in the morningNoteworthy details: Chelsea. Stephanie Lori and Brittany are.great at their job

This hotel is really trying to be a nice hotel, unfortunately, it isn't. It is never a good sign when you pull up to the hotel and right outside the entrance there are 10 people with walkers smoking and another 5 around the side of the building. It just screams white trash. That is the type of people who stay here. I booked because it had a kitchenette and that was the only reason why I stayed. Given 1 set of dishes and some soap, told the dishes were clean, but they were not. Hair and grease on the plates and bowls. Gross. It isn't worth the price per night. The wifi was great for streaming, but could not handle online meetings at 2am. Not sure why.Strangely, I was in a double room, but it only had 1 chair. Dresser drawers would not close. Room not like described in pictures. The general layout is the same, but dial back the shiny and dial up the grime. Funniest part. Bathroom was so small that the door couldn't open all of the way. If you were a large person, doubtful you would be able to fit in. Would have made more sense to have the door open outward instead of inward. No fan in bathroom, so get ready for mold.Beds comfortable enough. Shower pressure and temperature were fine.Nearby activities: Lots of shopping, but not much else. The hotel is just off of the main road and there is LOTS of traffic.Walkability: It really isn't because there are no sidewalks. Otherwise, there are lots of shops and restaurants in the area.

The pictures on the website do not display the true condition of the hotel. It is in a serious need of a renovation, so much so that we never made it up to the room before trying to find another place to stay. The woman at the front desk was helpful and sweet. I think she was disappointed we didn't stay.

The service was not very accommodating and the employees were not very nice in general. I had a room located on the first floor, and my window was broken . The screen and window were completely bent/busted and out of the window frame, so anybody could have broken into my room from outside. I brought this to the attention of the attendant working at the front desk. I kindly explained that the window was broken and had asked if there was another room on the second floor available just so I was not worried or anxious about somebody breaking into my room as I slept in the middle of the night as they easily could have. He informed me that there were no more rooms available, but that he would see if he could fix it.He looked at the window for less than two minutes and came to the conclusion that he did not know how to fix it. I asked if there was anybody else available who maybe could look at it, but he explained he was the only employee working at that time, which was around 10pm. After he propped the broken window back up against the window frame, he assured me that I would "probably be okay" and left.As I left the room to check out the next morning, it was almost comical how as I shut the door to leave, the broken window that had been propped against the frame fell inside onto the carpet as I was trying to get my belongings out the door and close it. Thankfully, I only had to stay there for one night.Noteworthy details: I had a room located on the first floor, and my window was broken . Hospitality from overnight (female) host was phenomenal. She was pleasant and very helpful. I'm not hard to please so for my 4 night stay I was comfortable and enjoyed cooking breakfast and dinner. We visited so my son could attend college orientation and we were around everything and close to the airport. I'd say if there was anything wrong I wouldn't have stayed. I didn't even expect the bucket of kitchen supplies but it was a blessing and I loved those pots lol. I would definitely stay again for a long stay to have access to a kitchen.Thank you for a nice stay.Noteworthy details: It could use a little touch up in the bathroom but not a real complaint for me.

First room sink was broke. Got a new room. Second room smelled and had trash under the bed. If I wanted housekeeping I'd have to pay an extra 10 dollars. Stayed there for the kitchenette. They didn't have pots and pans to cook, nor dish soap.. so I had to go purchase things separately. I had to go to front desk to get everything from towels to a coffee maker and dishes... Staff was not friendly so you kinda felt like a beggar bothering them especially when it came to cream and sugar and towels. Won't stay there anymore

I have been here for a week. When I got here the first night I turned on the water in the kitchen & the faucet links. I told them over & over & it still hasn't been fixed. There's a "person" above me that sounds like any minute they're going to come though the celling! There's nothing to do unless you have a car & money up your ass! The only thing they give you is coffee protein bars & muffins for breakfast. What kind of bs is that so not worth $500 a week!

This hotel states on their website that they are by far the cheapest hotel to stay at for long periods of times in which they aren't. This hotel is straight garbage. The maintenance worker James Will doesn't even do his job he gets told about sinks, toilets, electric problems and all he does is sit in his car all do doing nothing as for removing all trash cans off of the property so that you can't throw away trash and doesn't want to keep the place clean and the front desk worked Angel that just stands around and had an attitude when guess ring the bell for assistance and gets his nasty hair all over the place and for the two female workers Stephanie and Chelsea that are sisters that like to go around and look up guest information as for Stephanie that let's guests into the back office door that is against policy to be doing when guest shouldn't be in the office as for the manager Lori should be fired cause all she does is let's all these employees get away with what ever they want to do and letting people like this young girl in room 111 go around every day calling cops on people for not reasons at all that is also a safety factor to all guests in the building this please needs to be replaced with all new employees cause these employees that work there now are bringing the business down and someone should call the health department on them cause they got rats, etc in that building this place is garbage and needs to be shut down immediately. I didn't even want to give it a one star straight garbage

I have to give 5 stars simply because of how wonderful Sandy and Angel have been. They were so kind and attentive. Thank you!
