Especially the fact that there was no downtime without a working bathroom. From start to finish, Chuck and Joe A were friendly, professional, and extremely respectful of our home. The installation was completed quickly and efficiently, and they did an excellent job cleaning up afterward. Before leaving Joe A. took the time to explain how to properly clean the new shower and how to use the faucet. The results are awesome and completely transformed our bathroom. “I give this store a great rating due to always being friendly and helpful I was referred by a friend of mine who spends alot of money at this store so I did the same bought kitchen cabinets and granite counters entry doors flooring and everyone loves my kitchen when they see it. the manager even helped me plan and design the kitchen with the correct sizes and everything fit perfectly and I have a deluxe kitchen at an affordable price with this happy experience I went to another location to purchase solid hardwood flooring you know the 3/4" inch thick planks the real stuff well I was assured it was durable and after having it installed for a month it sure wasn't living up to its standards but because that location did however help ease my mind about the longevity by issuing a credit toward the flooring which totally made it justifiable since the floors were already installed and couldn't be undone and also made an effort to work with the manufacturer with the fact that the store made this situation right out of something wrong I left a happy customer and I will be back when it's time to redo the bathrooms I have on the to do list”

“Twin City Glass fabricated and installed our custom shower enclosure on a base that previous contractors had installed wrong. The owner came out and took measurements promptly. They had a bit of a backlog, so installation took a few weeks, but it was well worth the wait. Everything was installed correctly and there is no leaking or anything at all as of a month later. After months of asking around and being quoted astronomical amounts for the incorrect shower base, we finally have a functional shower thanks to them!”

“My first time ever going to an At Home store and actually first time ever hearing of one, had to go for a work assignment, but im glad I did get the chance to go. The experience introduced me to a great store that is right up my alley. I love home goods and I’m such a home body however I find many similar stores to be over priced, but At Home has really great expensive looking items for a bit less than others, without loosing any of the quality. I was pleasantly surprised by their inventory and to be honest wanted to stay all day and look at everything they had which is a lot, the store is huge! Also I had a really pleasant experience with the person who cashed me out for the items I got, they were easy to talk to, helpful, and genuinely friendly which is very hard to come by now a days and to be honest for me that will make or break my impression of a business, idc how much I like your items or how popular you are, if you don’t make me feel comfortable, wanted, or valued I will not ever purchase your goods or recommend to anyone else to do so. I didn’t have that experience here, it was a pleasure to have gotten acquainted with their brand, and I hope there are many more times I will have the pleasure to visit their store or buy something from them.”
