“My first time ever going to an At Home store and actually first time ever hearing of one, had to go for a work assignment, but im glad I did get the chance to go. The experience introduced me to a great store that is right up my alley. I love home goods and I’m such a home body however I find many similar stores to be over priced, but At Home has really great expensive looking items for a bit less than others, without loosing any of the quality. I was pleasantly surprised by their inventory and to be honest wanted to stay all day and look at everything they had which is a lot, the store is huge! Also I had a really pleasant experience with the person who cashed me out for the items I got, they were easy to talk to, helpful, and genuinely friendly which is very hard to come by now a days and to be honest for me that will make or break my impression of a business, idc how much I like your items or how popular you are, if you don’t make me feel comfortable, wanted, or valued I will not ever purchase your goods or recommend to anyone else to do so. I didn’t have that experience here, it was a pleasure to have gotten acquainted with their brand, and I hope there are many more times I will have the pleasure to visit their store or buy something from them.”

“We had Bath Fitter installed today and couldn’t be happier with the experience. We originally explored other remodeling options, but ultimately chose Bath Fitter for the convenience. Especially the fact that there was no downtime without a working bathroom. From start to finish, Chuck and Joe A were friendly, professional, and extremely respectful of our home. The installation was completed quickly and efficiently, and they did an excellent job cleaning up afterward. Before leaving Joe A. took the time to explain how to properly clean the new shower and how to use the faucet. The results are awesome and completely transformed our bathroom. “We originally went to Ferguson to order bathroom fixtures in a new build/ renovation project. I have been working with a showroom employee who has been wonderful to this point although she has been out of the office while we are at a crucial time in the building process and need to order additional fixtures as soon as possible or there will be a delay in the project. I called to ask if I could place an order and the receptionist said no, but she could take a message. I asked if there was another employee that could help me place the order and she said “maybe” and would take a message to have someone call me back. I said, call back today? And she said, maybe, I don’t know. I then asked if it would be easier if I ordered the fixtures from the website on my own and she said, “well that’s all we do for you anyway” so now I’m left to figure out what fixtures and installation pieces are needed to place an order by myself without risking a delay in the project… I was left kindof bewildered and confused because what is the point of having a professional company help you if they are unwilling to assist you during a time sensitive customer service need

“I just had an expensive Bedroom suite delivered and realized that I didn't want to leave the dresser/chest/nightstand tops exposed, and the best way to protect them was with glass. I looked for options online and eventually gave Twin City a call.

They were helpful on the phone. I believe I talked with Hannah who walked me through my options and kept me from ordering something that would have been complete overkill. She sent over a quote, I adjusted it after realizing I had my measurements wrong and they had the job done in a week (4 pieces total, 60x18, 22x18, 40x18). Price was reasonable, and the product was well packed. They look great on my furniture and provided me with bumpers to put between the glass and the wood tops.
