Exceptional service from the Spencer! We came in to have my wife’s nose pads replaced and we were expecting to pay out of pocket to have them replaced. Spencer replaced it for free and my wife is able to use her glasses now. Amazing quality and superb customer service! Spencer deserves a raise for this

The store is very clean and the staff were all very professional. I was happy that the Testing was efficient and fast and there was a wide variety of frames to choose from! I had a hard time choosing because I liked several! I am happy to be a customer of LensCrafters!
