“I was so impressed with your sales representative “Adam” who went over the top in helping us replace one of our nightstands due to damage that we unfortunately caused. The nightstands were originally purchased from Raymour 18 months ago. We’ve purchased other furniture from Raymour in the past and have always been satisfied with the service received. I called the store to see if we could purchase a replacement nightstand and was told by the store rep at the time that it was no longer available. So for the next several days my husband and I discussed how to remedy this problem including hiring a furniture refinisher to fix the damaged piece. But just for the heck of it, I went on the Raymour website, and there was the nightstand we needed! The website indicated that there were 7 available. I immediately called the Amherst store and had the pleasure of speaking with “Adam”. I mentioned that I had called the store the week before and told him about the response I got. Adam had the diplomacy and decency to say that the other rep was likely not at fault because the system may not have updated stock availability at that time. He helped us thru the order process, delivery process, and continued to follow up to make sure that we were satisfied with the whole transaction. If I could give more than five stars I would. Adam is a credit to your firm.”

“It was our first time in a sleep number store the employee Danny I think it was took us through the whole process of getting our sleep number. He was very pleasant to work with. He took us around and showed us all the different models and features even tho we kinda had a idea of the bed we were interested in getting but he wanted us to experience all the different ones and we almost chose a cheaper model than we were there to buy. But he was not pushy at all and just left it up to us and just wanted us to be comfortable. We were in the store for about a hr and a half or 2 hrs and everything went very well. He was very knowledgeable about the products that he was selling and gave us some of his personal experiences with using the products to help us have more information when if we were going to choose the half split king or full split. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I can’t wait until we get our bed delivered hopefully we like it as much as our experience buying it.”
