“My fiancee and I were helped by Diane. She was patient and extremely helpful. She wasn't pushing us into any sale or deal. She gave us time to discuss and test out the beds. The mattress we purchased has served us well. I strongly recommend”

“We recently visited Raymore and Flanigan and had the pleasure of working with Adam V 🥰 I was set on buying a certain mattress however when my husband and I tested it out, it wasn't what I thought it would be after all my hard research 😭 I explained to Adam the specifications we were looking for and he was quick to recommend another suggestion that we fell in love with 🤗 Adam was patient while we tested out multiple beds and pillows, efficiently answered all of our questions and was extremely personable! He truly went above and beyond to made our experience delightful 💕 We got to walk out with our amazing pillows and we cannot wait for our new bed and box spring to arrive!! Thank you! 🛏”
“The service in the store was excellent. They have a big selection of mattresses. I was able to find a high quality mattress at a reasonable price. Mattress delivery was free and setting up the delivery date was easy.”
“Highly recommend going to see Jamie at sleep number in the galleria. She was very informative, did not pressure us to buy and very professional. To our surprise the price was the same as a regular mattress and way more comfortable! Go give them a try if you need a mattress, you won’t be disappointed. Tell Jamie I sent ya!”

“My wife and I Walked in looking for a recliner we were greeted by the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with in my 63 years. His name is Christopher. He sat down with us and talked for over 30 minutes. We liked him so much that we also bought a couch that we were gonna wait on till next year. The delivery went great and we love our new couch and recliner, thank you so much, Christopher.”
“Carol was amazing, so patient did not feel pressured at all could actually have bought a mattress for half the price and she almost encouraged it! Those her stuff, very efficient and very cheerful experience”
“Okay this store needs to be known by more of Buffalo!!! I was researching futon mattresses and discovered the Otis brand is manufactured right here in Buffalo. They sell them on Amazon but i wanted to support local, so I called the store and John took care of everything from start to finish! He helped make me a custom futon with special fabric he wanted to try out and it’s the comfiest thing ever! It was also even cheaper than the online price and it was ready within the week. Their customer service is top notch- everyone I spoke with was so sweet and just genuine, good people. 20/10 recommend for anyone looking for mattresses in the area!”

“My recent experience at Sun City Mattress on Niagara Falls Boulevard went above and beyond all expectations! I was in a pinch and needed a new bed set right away. After being given the run around by several of their competitors I decided to give them a try and let me tell you it was the best decision I could have made! From Gary's friendly and knowledgeable service to John's invaluable assistance and finally Otto's (the owner) willingness to adjust his own schedule to meet my needs, including delivering the bed himself that very same evening, all I can say is that I will NEVER shop anywhere else for my bedding needs! They offer a financing option now for those who qualify. So, if you're looking for friendly and experienced service at reasonable prices and a sizeable selection of beds, make Sun City Mattress your first, last and only stop! You will not regret it! ?”

“David, the owner, is beyond impressive. You can genuinely tell he cares about his business and the people he serves. His attention to detail, professionalism, and passion really set him apart. “I was on a mission to find a bedroom dresser. Not happy with the choices online at Amazon (and also not wanting to build it myself) I decided to check out local furniture stores. Raymour was low on my list bc I knew their prices were higher than other stores in the area. After being disappointed at the choices and poor quality of the competition I headed over to Raymour Flannigan's and was blown away. Yes the prices are slightly higher but the quality of the product is also slightly better. (It's 2026 good luck finding new, well made furniture anywhere unless it's Amish made) Shabrena greeted us upon arrival and she was such a delight to work with. She showed us to the section we were looking for and then gave us time alone to browse which is a lovely gesture. (I can't stand a sales person shadowing me.) We found multiple dressers that we were interested in and once we narrowed it down Shabrena showed up and helped us proceed with the financing part. It went incredibly smooth and fast! Delivery will be in a few days and I also won a cool prize by becoming a customer! I highly recommend visiting this store. It DOES have whatever you're looking for and the prices reflect the quality. Thank you for making our experience great Shabrena!!!!!!”
“In-store service was top-tier customer service lady walked me through the aisle. Help me pick out the best situation for me when it comes to the washer and dryer. Delivery man came asked a couple questions went downstairs removes a big washer and dryer and brought my washer and dryer downstairs connected them and left. They did their job very professionally and accurately very good customer service and delivery.”
“I had the best experience in the store today, I called before arriving with questions. Upon arrival was greeted with a pleasant and welcoming smile by Allysondra and while doing my credit app worked with Timothy we was also very pleasant. Overall experience was absolutely a delight!! Would recommend to anyone!!!”
“City Mattress is the premier mattress and sofa bed retail establishment...known them for 40-years from Rochester...excellent reputation and high-quality, lasting, proven name brand products, professional set up and followup. Large store network. Stephen J. Cavuoto”
“Had some miserable experiences elsewhere, walked into extreme, they allowed me to look around without being bombarded. I asked a couple questions, they recommended a matress for my daughter and I bought it. Smoothe easy process and great prices.”
“Everyone I worked with was extremely helpful, start to finish. Thank you!
Edit: I was sold a mattress that was unable to be delivered and I had to make personal arrangements to pick up and transport it. I was given a $250 discount under the managers discretion which was a feasible compensation to make things right. Ended up all working out but I did take a star off of this review.”
“Best place to buy mattresses in wny if not the country, and they stand behind what they sell. They also deliver it super fast and help with setup. My mother in law loves her new bed.”
