“I really appreciate the excellent customer service from everyone! I tried on several different styles and sizes of boots which was so helpful finding the perfect fit. That’s all I planed on buying, but also grabbed a pair of fleece lined pants that are probably the most comfortable pair of pants I’ve ever worn. And a pullover on a whim. The only issue I have is I need Petite, as being short.....
The store does NOT carry Petite, you have to order on line.
That was my greatest disappointment, so I'll continue ordering on line and not visiting the store.”
“First time in this location. My daughter ordered a pair of sneakers ONLINE from the store in Maryland .my daughter received the wrong sneakers and it was for her Father for Father's day she is not happy at all.I know mistakes happen however let's see how accommodating they will be for their mistake. Maria the store manager at the Amherst location was very helpful, went above and beyond to call customer service for my daughter and assisted her all the way from making sure she sent the email properly. I see why she is a manager. OUTSANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! She could od said it's online call them ..not my problem but she didn't. I appreciate Maria because not all managers are like you I'm just saying.”
“Good selection for mens clothes. Easy checkout. Clean and organized. Have also used the order online and pick up in store which is convenient. The one negative is the way they mark their items. They don’t always have price tags and instead use a digital display which is sometimes hard to find and hard to figure out.”
“Although the rest of Boulevard Mall is closed down and vacant, Macy's still fully stocked and great to shop in, even if there are no crowds.
UPDATE January 2026: This Macy's location will be closed sometime in March to April.”

“Nice clearance section, great customer service. Mike watched me walk in, touch almost everything in the store (I’m sensitive to textures so finding scrubs is hard), go to the fitting room about five times, and didn’t force small talk/customer service when I clearly didn’t want to talk (or make me feel uncomfortable). Absolutely coming back!”
