“I usually don't shop here, but I was in the neighborhood and needed to pick up a few things, the customer service was outstanding and the items were easy to locate, the store was bright and clean, easy parking. What I really liked was the customer service, they went over and beyond helping me, especially being a senior sometimes I have a problem finding items”

“I have been shopping at Top's since the mid 70's when I was in my teens. I must admit, their prices on certain items are a bit high. I do like the specials and not to mention the gas points. Prices on necessary items have increased for every business over the years. I shop at multiple stores, warehouses, and packing houses so I can get the most for my bucks. At the end of the day everyone have to understand, it is what it is.”

“I went to this store to buy a RiteAid gift card. Had trouble finding a RiteAid cards among the dozens of other store and restaurant gift cards. I was looking for someone to assist me but didn't see anyone around, not even at the register's. Finally found the only employee in the store outside of the pharmacist and they were apparently doing both stocking shelves and working the register. They did point me in the right direction for the card I was looking for. I would think that during the holiday shopping season, they would be better staffed. I will go back to this store again soon to see if staffing has improved.”

“One of the older Tops markets that are around. But way better than some of the newer locations they have. Here it's very busy from all the customers that come here, because the location is a prime spot. But they always have more than enough cashier's and quick checkouts to speed things up. I also like that this location is clean and the produce is always fresh. Oh and I can't forget to mention, the customers themselves don't look like the people of Walmart.”

“Really great service from the pharmacy department (in particular). I would highly recommend using. One time, I had forgotten to refill a prescription (despite their reminder texts/calls) and they were able to place the order and have it ready within the hour. Other pharmacies required a 3 day wait for that! Not to mention they have amazing staff willing to help out. I once tried switching to a different (non-Rite Aid) pharmacy that was a little closer to my house and it was no where near as good as this one. For the remainder of the store, it's usually fully stocked and not over crowded. They have a pretty good selection of products and the employees are nice enough. I usually find whatever I need (and sometimes- things I don't!)”

“Still my favorite Wegmans! I apparently have a habit of dropping/losing things at Wegmans, because since I wrote my last review six years ago, I had another encounter of losing something, and having it returned. When I was eight months pregnant and really in the midst of pregnant brain, I dropped my drivers license while grocery shopping, and sure enough- someone found it and handed it in at Customer Service. Gotta love Wegmans and that WNY spirit of helping your neighbor!”
