Very bad experience with a female vet today, October 13. Extremely rude to my cat and I. I felt discriminated against and I think it might be because of my race. I watched her interactions with other people and she spoke nicely to them and helped soothe their pets. I’m very dissatisfied with the service and when she was about to give my cat a vaccine she did absolutely nothing to calm my cat’s nerves instead she heightened his fear. She also hurt him, her hands are not meant to help pets.I also brought my concerns to customer service and was told off. This is not how you should treat customers. It’s not right.

I had a Vetco appointment and was late by 5 minutes due to traffic. And was unable to get my animals vaccinations. Be aware!! Be on time for appointments or they might refuse service.

Helped my partner and I with getting a beautiful long haired guinea pig. We also noticed that they don't have the really bad cages for small animals anymore, which is really cool.

Service is not good
I have bad experience at this store
So I rather go to Amherst where they are much nicer and very helpful to the guess.
A store full of people and their never a person around to help the line in the front are to help anyone in the back.So most time I just get frustrated and drive 20 minutes away
