“By far the best Walgreens in Buffalo. It's pretty close to places like Wegmans and Walmart so it's convenient to drop by when going to get groceries. There are also lots of parking spots and 2 entrances as it's by a corner of an intersection. The staff is so helpful, they go out of their customers. I couldn't find one of the Secret to-go deodorants and they had 3 individuals check around for me. The individuals were by going out of their way to search everywhere for them. Even though they ran out and I didn't get the item, I was really surprised how much effort they put in to help me. My go to Walgreens! tl;dr - best staff, go out of their way to help you”
“Walked in for a flu/COVID test. Took only about 20 mins, and the results were emailed quickly. Unfortunately, false negatives are very common and I still feel horrible. They don’t accept any insurance but $20 is fair. The pharmacy tech helping me was very nice. Some of these negative reviews are absolutely ridiculous. I had a good experience.”

“I drove out of my way to the CVS for a freebie on my CVS card that was out of stock at my local CVS. It was out of stock here but Rob was a great help! He gave me the option to try another location or sign up for the care pass and have it mailed for free. He explained many of the benefits of the care pass, as well as my option to cancel if I don't need it once my trial is ending. The carepass came with a $10 reward for signing up so I browsed half of the store. They had more things than my local CVS and it was very clean/organized. With my $10 coupon and some other promotions, I spent less than $2 and got 8 packs of floss and 150 pack of floss picks that my son prefers to use. Rob was so friendly and helpful/knowledgeable and the store was so nice I was surprised to come here and see the low overall rating. It was a great shopping experience in my book!”

“It occurred to me that there are some true unsung hero's at this Rite Aide's Pharmacy. The staff at this branch go well above and beyond in the customer care department. They have come to know and remember their clients and ask how family members are feeling or doing. Even when we call with questions they are always so helpful and pleasant and do whatever they can to resolve anything that you may need help with. When we travel out of town they make it so easy to transfer our scripts for refills wherever we may need , with out making anything more difficult in our lives. It truly makes you feel like what old fashioned pharmacies must have been like. The rest of the drug store is nice but the pharmacy staff is top notch.”
“This is by far the best pharmacy I have gone through. They truly go above and beyond. Noah is always patient and takes the time to answer my questions, go over my medications, and explain what my insurance covers. He is always on top of when refills or prior authorization requests are needed to make sure I get my medications on time and asap. They are also very friendly and fast with their delivery, which is greatly appreciated. I prefer this pharmacy to any other. Highly recommend.”

Matthew called my local pharmacy and had my prescription transfered & ready at their drive-thru window in less than an hour. Matt understood the importance & need of my medication during our call without explanation. He even personally called me to let me know my meds were ready before I received the text notification.
