“I have only been a customer with Tile for a short while, but I am so glad that I was referred to them. I was referred to them by a vet tech for a prescription that I was given for my dog’s newly diagnosed epilepsy. The bar was raised this past weekend when I tried to refill his seizure controlling meds that he cannot miss a dose of. I didn’t realize his refill was out & had to call the vet to send new prescription over. Long story short- my vet took an extra day to get in touch and I was literally down to his last dose. I called Tile and explained what was going on and the pharmacist said that he would have the last bottle they had ready for when the vet called and was reordering more in for my dog. The vet got in touch in the morning, they did a partial fill of the prescription that I picked up in my way home from work and we didn’t miss the dosages that I thought I would. I figured because it was for a dog, the priority would not be as high- but they made sure that he got his meds. Big box pharmacies would not even consider being this attentive- This I found out after Walgreens took an “Oh well” attitude on meds my daughter needed after brain surgery that they didn’t have a supply of. I intend on moving all of my family members prescriptions over to Tile now after this wonderful customer service I received!”

“Went grocery shopping today and all I can say is store is very clean the lady who cashed me out was very nice! Her name was Laurel, however some things I think were a little over priced like Tyson chicken, a box of blue berries, strawberries and other fruits as well. They also looked like they didn't have some of the drinks I had on my list, but I was able to get some things for the next 2 weeks or so!”

“I am one of those customers that got switched to CVS cuz of Rite Aid closing. I'm a 47-year-old Marine Corps veteran with 5 degenerative discs & a spinal stimulator that takes public transportation. CVS on Walden Ave is not easy for me to get to whatsoever. I was going to the same Rite Aid the last 20-something years which was a 15 minute Walk for me but is now GONE & left me stranded practically. CVS needs MORE LOCATIONS but so far it's been relatively easy dealing with CVS far as medication and all is concerned ??”

“I have only recently started shopping at Walgreens once they built this store which isn't too far from where I live. It has come in handy and been great to have in the neighborhood. Everyone from the pharmacy counter attendants, pharmacists, to cashiers has been friendly and helpful. Even when I have been sick as a dog, barely able to talk, and grumpy, they have been friendly (but not annoying). The store is very clean, shelves are stocked and neat. I haven't had issues using coupons and I can just enter my phone number for their rewards program. I usually have stopped here for stuff like generic cold meds, cough drops, nasal stuff. Also they run decent sales, like my allergy spray was priced little more than Walmart/Wegmans, but they had it buy 1/get 1 for 50% off deal and I could use a coupon for each, so it was a good savings. Good selection of gift and greeting cards when I am in a pinch and need something fast! Store has good amount of parking. Can be harder to get out of if you are trying to go back down French to the East (towards Transit) or onto Borden going North, but not impossible.”

“I normally do not shop at tops because of the high prices but on this particular day I had to take a relative there to shop and they had hams on sale and they also had prime rib on sale and there was some pretty decent prices on some of the other items that I picked up I did take some pictures of the inside of the store and the meat counter but at the current moment I cannot find them in my pictures however when I do find them I will post them and I did end up getting a delicious ham and a piece of beef and the checkout line was not a long wait and the customer service was great the store was nice and clean and the meat department the meats looked very fresh and the produce also look fresh tops has a sales paper that comes out every week with coupons that might have to change my mind and start shopping at tops again because now I realize their prices are higher everywhere”

“The employees who handled the pokemon drop for Ascended Heroes did a perfect job. They came out early and let everyone know the rules. The rules were perfecto. “I'm not really a big Tops person, but this location is convenient and open 24 hours. They also still have plastic bags to collect for garbage can liners, before the new law goes into effect. The store is clean and offers products that you can't find at Wegmans, since they basically only have Wegmans brand items. I like stopping here every once in a while to see what other products name brand items are offering. The prices between Wegmans and Tops are about the same depending on what you get. The employees are friendly.”

“The pharmacy is closed every day 1:30-2:00 for lunch. This needs to be listed somewhere for the hours of operation.....otherwise this is a great location. My prescriptions are always ready, I get reminder calls and can complete the signature and such through the app and use the express pickup feature. I've used other pharmacies at other locations and haven't had such great experiences, this pharmacy has a great staff and is super helpful.”
