“This Whole Foods had so many things that you wouldn’t find in a usual grocery store, it had beautiful interior and exterior - that makes the atmosphere and attracts more people (great marketing move). Everything was clean and in its place. If you are close by than definitely come visit this place!”

“Peoples are very good and very friendly and they are in business for very long time in Western New York. Only one problem. Product prices little higher than other price.”

“This place is great. If you don't know what you want or are looking for, you could spend a lot of time wandering and shopping. But a massive selection of fresh, frozen, dried, canned (you name it) goods”

“Besides being a smaller Tops I enjoy shopping here since I know exactly where everything is but I do need to get rainchecks now and then for sale items and I mostly shop on Tuesday morning, they need to bring in greener bananas, theirs will not last a week.”

“My Tops of choice! The employees are great. I've been offered carts when I am holding a lot of things and I've had several nice interactions in general. The bakery and prepared foods are way better and priced lower than Wegmans. Only issue is the recycling return is stinky the past bunch of times but I imagine half of it is people just being gross.”

“I have always liked the location, cleanliness, and convenience of this Tops location, but today the manager helped me out and I had to write a review. I ran in for one item-an onion-but I mistakenly left my house without my wallet. I unsuccessfully attempted to troubleshoot with customer service to use Venmo or something to avoid having to make another trip, but the manager saw me in the store and noticed I was distraught so he came over to talk to me (I didn't ask for him-he came to me). After I told him my dilemma, he gifted me the onion. That simple $1 gesture made a huge impression on me. Wished I would have gotten his name to thank him by name. That manager’s little gesture earned my appreciation and loyalty.”
