Tops Friendly Markets is a great store where everyone is very helpful. The best thing is it is never too crowded, allowing in and out shopping easily with self checkout. A recent remodeling created a different, more expanded atmosphere. Services include check cashing and bottle returns inside, and a Tim Hortons is in the store. However, some note it is not a clean environment, with garbage overflowing and boxes in lanes. At times, shelves need stocking and staff can seem stressed or rude.
Besides being a smaller Tops I enjoy shopping here since I know exactly where everything is but I do need to get rainchecks now and then for sale items and I mostly shop on Tuesday morning, they need to bring in greener bananas, theirs will not last a week.

Was okay but expensive. I'm Canaduan and a few years ago it was my fav. Store for groceries. Not the case anymore

Decent sales, but help is hard to find when you have a question. It could be cleaner as well.
