Waited over two weeks for a big appointment for them to cancel on me on the day of! Just disgusting and unbelievable. All the good people left, and honestly I see why now.
Guess it’s time to find a new permanent salon cause this place ain’t it. How unprofessional.

I have been going to the Ulta brow bar every 4-5 weeks for several years now. I get my eyebrows tinted and waxed. Joelle is awesome!
You can make and edit appointments online if needed. You get a text and phone call reminder a few days before your appointment.

Cashier was kinda rude very short, n kinda tossed bag at my daughter, we didn't even talk she said nothin.. Just next. But we like the products n people are usually nice.

This is by far the worst Ulta in the area. Every time I try and go in there looking for assistance, I can never find ANY employees, especially in their higher-end makeup department. If you do eventually see them, they are clumped up together talking to each other. This has happened numerous times at this location. They used to be a great store, it’s really too bad the quality has dropped so much.

I am from Canada and was in the store first thing Thursday morning on July 18 and all the staff were helpful , pretty, and amazing all having a great personality. I would recommend this store to everyone in the world.

Watch out for the bait and switch !! Scheduled hair appt with a senior stylist. when I arrived, She had someone in her chair who was obviously not going to be finished anytime soon. Instead, they handed me off to someone very junior. Terrible hair cut !!

This is the worst store to go in because the staff are very unprofessional they don’t care about none of the customers, when I went the other day with my sister One of the staff followed me all around the store the whole time I was there and then tried to act like she wanted to help us, but she really just wanted to see if we were stealing something, im a black women with rights and when i went in there it felt very unwelcoming l, i wont be back ever, even when i was checking out the staff look at you like you’re crazy when you ask a question and they’re just very quiet and unpleasant to be around and they have no work ethic because they all look miserable and sad. ULTA BEAUTY COUNT YOUR MFD…..

Tanzil did my hair today for my wedding and it is GORGEOUS. She has the most delicate touch and takes such great care in her approach. I had a milkmaid braid/gibson tuck kind of thing that I wanted and I swear my hair looks exactly like the photo I brought. She’s amazing!! And so sweet! ❤️
