Exceptional customer service, phenomenal at solving any issue that arises in an efficient manner. When a situation arose and UPS did not deliver a package as promised, George used every available resource to correct the situation in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Long, long overdue rating. Sebastian at this location absolutely 100% saved my bacon....He literally saved me from having to drive back to Syracuse for 2 days AND THEN BACK TO AMHERST! I'd give 10 stars if I could. If you are anywhere near this location, USE IT...you will not be disappointed.

Sebastian makes this our favourite UPS store to visit. He should be part of the training program for all UPS Store managers. We go out of the way to support this location.
