“I visited the East Robinson location in North Tonawanda, NY today. The store was very busy, and I was greeted by an employee by the name of Lee. She was incredibly friendly to myself and all of the customers before me in line. Lee was not only great at her job, her customer service was 10/10. I was having a lousy day until I had the pleasure of Lee simply asking how my day was going and treating me like a valued customer, not just another person standing in line.”

“The staff at this store have always been nice, cheerful, and pleasant to engage with. However, this week they went above and beyond when a package said it was ready for pick up but wasn’t yet at the store. They took the time to help troubleshoot, found the solution, and went the extra mile to call me with an update as soon as the package arrived. Plus, they remembered who I was (which doesn’t always happen in these kinds of situations).”

“When the store operated during its designated/regular hours, customer service was steller. Unfortunately, the hours were recently reduced due to staffing constraints. Customer service is still excellent but be sure to call ahead to confirm the hours of operation before heading to the store. I hope they are able to return to regular hours soon.”
“Picked up an eBay delivery today. Staff at the UPS Store were outstanding. Helpful. Friendly. Efficient. Bins available for cardboard and packing so that you can inspect your items. Charges very reasonable too”
“This was likely not the best representation of this post office as it was a Saturday before Xmas so it was busy and slow. There was also a problem with a computer so only 2 were up and running. It looks like normally there is at least 3 if not 4 registers.
Staff were very polite and knowledgeable. There was plenty of packing material, even special holiday themed boxes and mailers.
This is great if you're a Canadian and need to mail something in the USA as its right beside the Galleria mall.”
