They want to help you and your pet out however they can and are very endearing during the difficult times. Wonderful staff, great facility, reasonably priced, and receptive to concerns. In addition they have a sister hospital so in case their schedule is booked and you can't go here, they are affiliated with Sheridan Animal hospital, which are just as nice.”

“Dr. Redder is truly a godsend. I’m beyond grateful for her and the whole staff at Killewald. My 4m old golden doodle ate a sock and after spending hours at the Emergency vet down the road (1/14/24) I was being told my dog will die if I don’t get the sock out of him and nothing other than surgery could help, except it was a Sunday and a holiday weekend so I didn’t have access to 10k cash. I had to wait overnight and I called Killewald at 7:01am (1/15/24) and begged them to help. They were so kind, helpful, and reassuring. They said they can get my pup in for surgery at 8am. We were there and my puppy was acting like a puppy again, so we did more X-rays and turned out the sock had moved. Dr. Redder was so amazing and removed the sock and within hours my pup was able to come back home. I couldn’t be more grateful for the staff being so supportive and understand.
