“I loved this bank as NEFCU, as Jovia they still have great service during business hours at the branch, but as the other customer said, beware the 1-800 number on the back of your card. The after hours customer service is horrendous to the point where I purposely wait and call the branch directly the following day. I think the name change and changing everyone's debit/credit cards was a bit unnecessary. Don't fix something that isn't broken.”

“I was sent to the KK in store branch because the bank card machine was down in Bay Shore Branch. The Branch Asst Mgr. Who had helped me the day before 5stars. Was with a customer. I was told it wouldn't be long. I went to grab a few things when Greg came down get me. Explained the asst Mgr will be longer then expected. I had 3 things I needed and he handled all 3. “Bank is excellent. The only problem is the ATM seems to take forever to read the card chip. After like what seems like a minute, I take the card out, reinsert it, and it works right away asking for my pin. Maybe try to adjust them to make them quicker.”

“I called teachers because the day before I had made a deposit and hadn’t remembered what I did with my remainder of the cash.honestly I thought I had dropped it on the floor at the bank and just walked away. So Marci at the bank helped me out so much where she checked the cameras and was able to give me every detail of every move I made and told me where my cash was. Marci thank you for going over and beyond I know this specific task was not part of your job but you made an effort to try to help a long time customer and you succeeded.
