“I loved this bank as NEFCU, as Jovia they still have great service during business hours at the branch, but as the other customer said, beware the 1-800 number on the back of your card. The after hours customer service is horrendous to the point where I purposely wait and call the branch directly the following day. I think the name change and changing everyone's debit/credit cards was a bit unnecessary. Don't fix something that isn't broken.”
