“Took my grandmother in the store on Sunday, another team member a few weeks prior had lied and tried to take advantage of her age seemingly. When I came into town from Florida 11/15 I wanted to make sure she had a reliable phone to use. So I called the store and asked a few questions and Shawn had encouraged me to come in with her so the team could better assist her. So we went in within the next 20mins and the whole team came out to help. They were friendly, informative and took their time to explain to my grandmother and I everything that needed to happen, and told her since I was heading home that anything she needed she could call or stop back in anytime. 10 ⭐️'s
