“We walked in with my mother’s phone which was practically inoperable. The woman Lydia who assisted us was so kind and patient with my mother who is in her 80s. She is def an asset to that location. We left with a fully functioning phone and an appreciation for the service we received. Thank you. It’s not every day you get service like that.”
