“Rob Ferri, thank you very much for taking the time to voice your opinion. It's very unfortunate you feel that way. We have been in business for over 16 years, and have had thousands of satisfied customers. We never sell a vehicle to another buyer for more money. There is an obvious reason we have been in business as long as we have. However, we have a sign clearly posted in our office that states all deposits will be good for 24hrs unless other arrangement are made with us. Also unlike most dealers, we gladly refund the money. We more than held up with our end of the agreement. Unfortunately we cannot wait 72hrs to hear back from a potential customer. You clearly stated you would be back with your wife for her approval the following day at 1pm. We waited an additional 2 days to hear back form you. If you are going to bash us for not keeping our word, you should heed your own advice. A courtesy call was all that would have been needed. If you would like to post negative comments, slanderous remarks, and defame our business please make sure you have all your facts straight next time.”
