“When I first looked into Westchester Auto Spa I was hesitant if the 5 stars everyone was giving was in earnest. Also I was a little anxious I was dealing with the XXX Vin Diesel group from the Fast and the Furious. And as a verified customer now, I would honestly give ten stars if I could.1. Tee answers the phone right away and is polite and knowledgeable2. The copper wash/treatment made my car look brand new - I didn’t even recognize it (thanks Chin).3. Then I asked Tee if he knew anyplace for a paint job on a back area of abrasion. He got me two quotes right away and even helped me drive the car to the autobody shop and bring it back. The car came back pristine. They even made sure the gas was filled!Amazing customer service. This is going to be my go to place from now on. Highly recommend.”

I contacted Dane about water damage and mold in my Ford Explorer after contacting several car washes and all of them said they could not do the detailed service I wanted to do which was just to remove my seats and detail. Not only did Dane remove the seat but detailed areas I forgot to point out and spots I never noticed. Dane is definitely committed to his work!!!”

“Great for whole car cleaning if you have nothing to do. I made the mistake of getting on line thinking i could get a quick exterior wash and go. I was on the line for a very long time as they washed each car in side & out, windows, vacuuming, mats, etc. I would have thou gh ht they would separate those cars out of the car wash line. No. you have to wait through the interior cleaning of each car before the wash cycle.”

He treats your property with respect and is very detailed when cleaning your car inside or just out. I brought my wife’s care to clean the inside only and he left it immaculate. My wife is very picky and she was very happy with the job Hector did. Hector did such a great job that I decided to bring my car, which was very dirty inside and out. When he was finished, I couldn’t believe how beautiful my car looked. I sent pictures to my friends and family to show them how beautiful my car came out. “Exceptional service! It was my first time doing a car detail because there was something spilled in my car and had an odor as if something died. I literally thought that they would vacuum and remove the scent.Long story short, Mr.B and his crew left my car BRAND NEW! It exceeded anything that I was thinking for my first detailing. They got every crevice and nook on the inside and I’m simply just in shock at how clean, my car was inside and out. They even gave me a mat because I couldn’t even dirty the inside ? “I love you this place. I drove an hour away to to go there, but this morning I had the worst experience. The lady behind the counter is so rude. I just asked a question why they charge 3% fee for credit card. She started that nothing is free . Some people they came here and don’t pay for nothing, you have a choice if you want you can pay cash. I told that is not my to criticize people who don’t pay for nothing and I said you also you’re not from here, she replied that she is being here for 22 years. I just walked away. “This is convenient which is why I continue to go here. The staff are nice but the actual wash is more like a rinse. I pay for the monthly. I started with the lowest one but moved to the next tier thinking it would be better. Then to the highest monthly plan. This is no different. I sent an email to address this but never heard back I’m writing to find out if anyone else feels this way. If so, I’m hoping the owner can fix this issue. I am writing this review hoping the owner hears this and does whatever he needs to to fix this.Update: The owner reached out to me and his response was extremely proactive and positive. He clearly cares about the customer’s satisfaction with his business. I know if this issue continues, he will attempt to resolve it again. Unfortunately, in todays world, it’s a rare thing for businesses to respond positively to any complaints. This goes a long way. Thank you Tim.”

“Such an amazing place. After some unfortunate experiences at a regular car wash I went to Rafael’s based on google reviews. It not only met my expectations but went above and beyond. My can was a dirty mess. They did a fantastic job inside and out and it looks like it came straight from the dealership! They washed the weather tech mats and dried them too!! The entire job takes about 10-12 mins per car so be prepared to wait if there are cars ahead of you. Totally worth the wait. I’ll be spending a lot of time there this winter.Services: Auto detailing”
