“The pharmacist was endlessly patient with a customer who was so rude to her. The pharmacist appeared Asian. /‘And when the customer said something along the lines of “you should send the texts differently” and the pharmacist kindly replied “I don’t do that (meaning that the corporate offices send them) the customer said “in our language “you” means everyone. And the pharmacist didn’t miss a beat and continued to help her. These pharmacists put up with so much rudeness from the customers and are so overworked and all people do is complain. They make sure people get their medicine and now have to give vaccines as well. So I thank you for your hard work and patience.”
