Not sure if a bank problem or is it specific to Fausto. But I never had any problem till I met him twice…. Arrogant, bad advices, terrible customer service, the worst anttitude. Are those guys receiving training ? I have all my accounts in this bank. I am moving out. The worst.

Worst experience with Wells Fargo in my life. I came in for a withdrawal and was denied my full amount because "i had to many transactions pending" which was never an issue before. The manager and teller refused to help out at all and refused to give me a letter stating why. Complaint filed with corporate.
