“I read the other reviews about this bank and was skeptical about visiting this branch but decided to stop by out of convenience. I was pleasantly surprised. I did not have an appointment set up and was helped right away by Kevin when I needed to close two of my accounts and transfer investments to a different Chase account. I found the employees at this branch to be very kind and helpful as I was greeted upon entering and assisted right away. I hope they continue to keep up their practice this way because it was a really quick and painless process.”
