I got 4 new tires and a wheel alignment in a few short hours. Jim communicated with me via text when one issue came up. “I brought them my absolutely filthy - it's been used as basically a farm truck for two years - little Chevy Spark to be cleaned up before surprising a 16 year old with it as his first car. Even though I hadn't been able to plan in advance and make an appointment, Luis the manager couldn't have been more helpful, fit us in and just a few hours later, I picked up a car that was sparkling inside and out, smelled great (replacing the previous overwhelming scent of donkeys!) and renewed all over. I didn't really have time to do any repairs to the paint scraped off in back after an encounter with the corner of a barn while backing up once but Luis and the gentleman who did the detailing worked some sort of magic that darkened it so it blended with the rest of the car's black paintwork. Couldn't have been happier with the job they did - at a great price. The whole team was friendly and it was just a very positive experience from beginning to end.”

They also took a look around the whole car and removed any other scratches they found along with a larger one free of charge!Amazing service. “I needed my carinspected as it was more than a month overdue. I had been trying to find the time and unexpectedly found myself in a situation (on a Saturday no less!) where I was going to be in the Armonk area for the next 90 minutes so I took a chance and Googled the closest facility which resulted in this Armonk garage. I drove there within minutes, parked, and walked up to the garage office but before I could enter a gentleman who is working on a car in one of the three garage bay’s approached me and asked if he could help me. I asked if he could complete an inspection in the next 90 minutes and to my surprise he told me he could do it within an hour, but then I told him that I had a dog in the car who is very nervous so I would need to sit in the car until they were ready to take the car into the garage, which he agreed to. No sooner had I settled in to stream some Netflix over the next hour, did I get a knock on my window (about 15 minutes later) by the same gentleman letting me know he was ready to take the car in! I stood in the parking lot for about 10 minutes at the most with my pup in my arms, The inspection was completed and I was charged $37 which is the New York State specified rate I had seen on the Internet. I tipped the gentleman and thanked him for taking us so quickly and he happily replied that he had a soft spot for rescued dogs. Such a pleasant experience!”
