“Dealing with Leticia was super easy! Scheduled a time to view a certified GLS 580 (beautiful green color) and she had it ready and waiting for me to inspect and test drive. She worked a great deal for me and my family and within an hour we were signing the deal. I would highly recommend seeing her if you are in the market for a Mercedes. Everyone at the dealership (finance and even Michael that was next to Leticia that had a great conversation with) was super friendly and welcoming! “On 4/30/26 my car was accidentally hit while it was parked. It suffered a rear flat tire and some damage to the bumper area. I had previously used SLR Auto Repair for minor services like inspection and tire change so I was familiar with them. I immediately called the shop after my car was hit. I had never had body work from them before but I was willing to try them. Not only was their response prompt but it was professional. I was provided a tow and a ride to my destination. My car’s damage wasn’t too extensive but the service provided was superb. Everything was fixed and ready in less than a week not to mention to Detail service that came with it.. I would 100% recommend their services. Professional is an understatement for their services. 2 thumbs up”

“Whatever you do, go to this place if you are in need for repairs. After a full week of getting little communication from other shops, I called here and Axel picked up immediately. After my car got to the shop he kept constant communication and showed me exactly the problem and offered solutions for a great price. They assigned a tow to me who after one text went crickets, as in no show. Kind of a bummer when you believe they are going to show and simply don't. Not Armonk garage.
